Food GPS: Trejo’s COffee & Donuts Date Sweetened Horchata

Danny Trejo, the L.A. native who’s best known for movies like “From Dusk Till Dawn” and “Machete,” may one day be best remembered for a restaurant empire. He and business partners Ash Shah and Jeff Georgino have a growing Trejo’s Tacos business, Trejo’s Cantina in Pasadena, and Trejo’s Coffee & Donuts. Their corner dessert concept features donuts from pastry chef Dianne Crame in creative flavors like nacho and Margarita, plus fun drinks.
